Weekly Roundup: Problem Solving

December 13 - December 17

Monday: Fearing the problem gives it strength; not naming it inflates its influence. And not being honest about it gives it the best chance of doing the maximum damage.

Tuesday: Solutions are labored over, discussed, re-framed, wrangled with, meditated upon, tried and tried again, researched, hatched and scratched, brainstormed, prayed over, and invested in.

Wednesday: Input that only makes it through the screening process of your comfort is likely not the input that will help you see what you don’t see, re-frame what needs re-framing, or flip over what needs flipping.

Thursday: Why do we look for solutions in the places we’d look if we didn’t need to solve a problem? And why are we surprised when our looking returns void every time?

Friday: One, two, three, ready jump. It takes a lot of courage to jump. But when you do, and you learn that the free-fall doesn’t exist (or is shorter than you expected), then your confidence is built.
