Soul-Full

[Imposter - V]

There is something beneath us—beyond who we are on the surface but still entirely within us.

It animates yet doesn’t demand.
It encourages but is patient and quiet.
It is powerful yet never forceful.
It persists but doesn’t insist.
It leans and nudges and inspires but doesn’t cajole or coax.

Some call it your Daemon (not demon). Spirit. Soul. Psyche. True Self.

To hide from it is to hide from who you are.
To ignore it is to ignore your deepest longings.
To listen and pretend to not hear is a recipe for depressive disconnect from your purpose.

We all, to some degree, are imposters to our True Self, insofar as we turn away from our call.

People like us that are unwilling to continue in ways like this are (trying to) fully engage this “part” of who we are.
We tend to our inner voice because it tells us the truth.
We are soul-full.
