Correlations (Maybe Causation)
[Coronavirus – XVIII]
I know that the virus does significant damage to the lungs. People with respiratory weakness of any kind are at significant risk (as is everyone that's generally frail, especially those with compromised immune systems). These “preexisting conditions” are being highlighted to the general public because they both help potentially threatened individuals take more seriously their risk, and because it’s a safe correlation.
Safe is the correct word there.
Are their other correlations that we aren't hearing about? Perhaps some that are more threatening to the power players, stake holders, large companies, policies, and other important entities that stand to lose if pressured?
I’m not interested in conspiracy theories, but I am interested in unsafe correlations.
What’s the correlation between gut health and contracting the disease?
What’s the correlation between common pollutants, contaminated water, and petro-plastics and death?
Is there a correlation between psychological health and anxiety and contracting and dying from the disease?
What’s the correlation between cholesterol, refined sugar, animal consumption, and death?
Is there a correlation between emotional isolation and recovery?
What about a correlation between exercise and fitness and recovery?
In other words, our bodies, before this pandemic, were ailing, weak, and groaning for real health . . . and then the virus came. What correlations are we drawing? We may just stumble on a cause.
