Getting Discovered
Nobody gets "noticed" while hiding.
Nobody "makes it" by sitting idly.
Nobody is "chosen" by waiting.
Nobody "rises to fame" by getting picked.
Nobody "gets discovered" sleeping in.
There’s always a back story. Hard work. And a lot of failure.
People get “noticed” by taking risks—often in public.
People “make it” by doing what they do and making what needs making.
People are “chosen” because they show up and have chosen themselves.
People “rise” because they "rise up”—usually early—and put in the work.
People “get discovered” by being “discoverable” and not shying away from adversity.
People like us that are unwilling to continue in ways like this are not waiting to “get discovered”. That’s a lie. A fairy tale.
People like us rise up, face adversity, do the work, and make ourselves “discoverable” by taking risks and honing our craft, our skills, our work, our gift.
