Each day people like us show up to do the work, to help create the kind of world we dream about.Each day we produce. Some days a smidgen. Other days more.To whom are we giving it to? And maybe more importantly, what are they? That’s a weird question, but it’s the one we all have already answered without knowing it.Here’s what they are not: empty receptacles waiting for you to deposit what you offer.People want to engage.People want to participate.People want to create.They're not hollow drums needing content; they’re interactive, creative, communal beings that want to belong and participate and contribute.Creating content to dump into empty receptacles and creating content that is interactive, participatory, and inspiring are worlds apart, but they begin with the same question: What are the people for whom I create?
