The Mess (and Beauty) of Birth

Here’s something you learn on a farm that might not be common knowledge: When animals deliver babies, it’s messy. Birth, in general, is pretty messy. There’s no way around it.

Hollywood depicts it as clean. It’s not.
Hollywood also depicts it as loud and obnoxious. It’s not.
Birth is rarely loud, often painful, and always messy.

This goes for delivering a baby, but it also goes for birthing a new project, an idea, a goal, a dream.

It won’t be loud.
There will be pain.
And it will be messy.
But it will be beautiful.

And worth it.
