Location is (Not) Everything
[Measuring Success – III]
Location, location, location.
Your proximity to a budding market.
The accessibility to opportunity, wealth, growth, etc.
The median income of your neighbors.
Location is everything when it comes to succeeding in your home purchase, your field, your market, or your niche.
Unless, of course, you’re measuring for something else.
What if social infrastructure is your primary goal?
What if community development is your aim?
What about reducing poverty or increasing opportunity?
What if your dream is to create jobs for convicted felons? Or single mothers?
Location is everything, but not always for the same reasons.
All of the above can and should be measured!
