Cholesterol Matters
[Measuring Success – I]
Everyone’s PE teacher told them the same thing: body health matters. I didn’t think much of it then. There were "more important" things to worry about (eg the JNCO jeans I might buy next).
Turns out wide-legged pants go out of fashion, but feeling vibrant, having mobility, and being strong don’t.
Unfortunately, by far the biggest killer of North Americans is heart disease. Do fewer neighbors, clients, patrons, members, or followers of you and your work have less heart disease today than they did yesterday or last year?
Less cancer? Lower blood pressure? Lower risk of a stroke?
More strength and stamina? More energy?
Body health matters. Are we measuring for it?
